This page provides a detailed guide to the laws that govern order in the country and are also guaranteed by law enforcement agencies


1 Formalities

  1. Ignorance of the laws does not exempt you from responsibility

  2. You automatically agree to abide by the laws upon entering the country

  3. Residents of the country do not have the right to make changes to the set of laws


2 Territory

  1. On the country's territory, you do not have the right to construct or demolish anything without the government's permission. The exception is if you are building on your legally owned property

  2. You do not have the right to construct or demolish on someone else's territory. The exception is if you have consent from the territory's owner


3 Thievery

  1. Robbing someone else's property or a person directly is prohibited

  2. Theft of valuable documents is punished twice as severely as ordinary robbery

  3. Robbing government institutions is punished three times as severely


4 Business

  1. Organized trade is prohibited without proper documentation and is punishable by complete confiscation of earnings and fines

  2. Forgery of business documents is prohibited

  3. Tax evasion is prohibited


5 Documents

  1. All documents must be registered only with accredited government organizations that have permission for this

  2. Forgery of any documents is prohibited

  3. Selling and buying one's personal documents to third parties is prohibited


6 Murders

  1. Premeditated murder is prohibited

  2. Premeditated murder of a high-ranking authority is punished threefold

  3. Attempted murder is prohibited


7 Court

  1. Only authorized government authorities have the right to conduct trials

  2. Vigilantism is prohibited

  3. The judge's word is law

  4. Perjury is punishable by a fine or imprisonment, depending on the severity of false testimony presented in court

  1. Broadcasting on radio waves without a license is prohibited

  2. Broadcasting on non-amateur radio waves without written permission or a document issued by the government is prohibited

  3. Broadcasting content of a terrorist nature is prohibited

  4. Selling documents for radio stations or the radio stations themselves without government permission is prohibited. Violations of all the mentioned points, except "8.3", are punishable by revocation of the license and a monetary fine


The stars

Each offender can receive a brand or restrictions that will be recorded in their personal file - stars

The number of stars is determined based on the reason for the violation, which can lead to a specific verdict being issued

ReasonVerdict

By decision of the judge for multiple violations of points 5, 2, 7 and 4

At the judge's discretion, can disqualify a defendant from owning a business, and also serves as a stigma that shows a person's adequacy

By the judge's decision, for violations of point 3, as well as for extensive violations of point 2

The defendant can be sent to prison by the judge's decision

For a violation of point 6

The defendant will be required to serve a prison sentence and will also face restrictions on working in government institutions

Crimes against humanity and other exceptionally egregious acts

The defendant will be isolated from the outside world or permanently neutralized
